You can always ignore them. Unless they say something that is sexual, you don't have to worry. Just ignore them, be totally unfriendly if you want. But then, people will look at you and wonder, "why is that guy so cold?" Anyway, it's your call, but if you don't look at them, then chances are they won't look at you.
Or -- if you feel you have a case, go to the management. Prove your point. Get witnesses. They can do the same. It won't take too long to settle things.

What is the difficulty in ignoring it? Women check me out regularly, all but come on and many are brazen...it does not upset me, in fact, I take it as a compliment...what is your problem? I have never known a gay man who raped anyone...trust me, you are in no danger in your locker room or anywhere else from gays. You do not have to let anyone know you are not interested. Your ignoring any "checking you out" is a way of letting others know you are not interested.

If you really have a nice package show it out but you say you are not comfortable so better do not be nude infront of those guys.
Do not say Only Gays checkout another guy in locker room there are straight guys who check other guys in locker rooms just to compare sizes.

How do you know they are gay? Have you asked them?
Unless you have been propositioned there is no way of letting someone know you're not interested without making a fool of yourself.
Let 'em look. But, if they touch.......then it's time to react.

The first thing would be not to face them when naked. The second thing would be not to smile(open invitation right there). Don't touch your self in any manner, which would suggest you're open to such activity.
Lastly, stop working out, since most gay men are gym rats.

Politely say no thanks if they ask, if all their doing is looking how do you know what their thinking, how do you know their gay? You read minds? I'm straight and have had several guys come on to me in every case polite worked.

Complain to the gym or where ever this locker room is...so that they will have to have their own locker room...seprate but equal..right
