First of all Hannah Montana Does rock!!! LOLz!! Well you can do several things!
1 Ask you mom or dad. Sometimes its hard too but if you really need it then ask them
2.Ask your teacher and just explain to the teacher that you just don't understand it. And that you need extra help on it.
3.Ask a friend. Friends are always there to support you and help your back! Just ask maybe you'll get a friend over if they help you.
About your organization:
Keep a daily journal or checklist. I used to be the same way so I started to give my self weekly points. Everyweek I earn a point then at the end of the month if I have 3 points: Go to starbucks 4 points: Have a friend over, 5 points by clothes. Just make it fun and not stress full!

You need a good study place to be prepared to study. You should be able to answer YES to all of the following questions:
1. Is my Study Place available to me whenever I need it?
Your Study Place does you little good if you cannot use it when you need it. If you are using a Study Place that you must share with others for any reason, work out a schedule so that you know when you can use it.
2. Is my Study Place free from interruptions?
It is important to have uninterrupted study time. You may have to hang a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door or take the phone off the hook.
3. Is my Study Place free from distractions?
Research shows that most students study best in a quiet environment. If you find that playing a stereo or TV improves your mood, keep the volume low.

Organizing rite?Well you would want a folder.Put important folder and a folder for the hw due the nxt day!For your backpack you would no loose papers or JUNK!
