There are so many diseases that can be known from a blood test:

1. Heart Attack (certain enzymes appear if one has had one or having one)
2. Anemia
3. Cancer
4. Mononucleosis
5. Lyme's Disease
6. Tuberculosis
7. Neutropenia (low white blood cells)
8. Cirrohsis of the Liver
9. Problems with the thyroid (Hyper or Hypo thyroidism)
10. Menigitis
11. Pneumonia (blood cultures)
12. General Infection
13. Salmonella poisoning
14. HIV
15. STDs

There are many more, but this is a short list I thought up.
