I've seen Iverson outrun parker while Iverson was dribbling
Iverson is still one of the fastest men in the league and it would be very close with ford
They finished 1 and 2 in the players poll

After reading the answers I agreed with many of the players listed but saw one player who no one mentioned but should have mentioned: Devin Harris - Devin Harris kept up with Tony Parker in last years playoff series and then also helped out against Barbosa the next round so I would definetly put him into the mix of the fastest players but I don't think there is only one fastest player because all of their speeds are of different types.

The quickest element look after in the NBA could be Tony Parker. he's readily and rapid he can get to the two ends of the floor with such agility. As for who's the Usain Bolt of the NBA. it could be Leandro Barbosa, who to me is the quickest participant in the NBA. he's not a element look after although, he's a capturing look after.

Nash isn't Fast, he's just "quick", two very different things. He's also crafty.
271 current NBA players were polled and Nash didn't make the top ten 'fastest'.
Numerous NBA scouts and commentators have said Barbosa is the fastest from end-line to end-line, so who knows unless they race (Barkley vs Bavetta style)...

That would have to be Monta Ellis. Oh yeah, people, Monta destroyed Barbosa on a dunk in November. Put him in the Hall of Shame

barbosa is deceptively fast because he's so fluid. But i'd have to agree that TJ Ford wins this one. Parker second.

I would add Chris Paul to the argument. But Tony Parker would definitely be there as well.

Tony Parker has some blazing speed. I haven't really seen Ford. Allen Iverson is pretty fast as well. But i would go with Tony Parker.

there is one very interesting statistic that might shed a little light here, Tony Parker led the league last year in points in the paint for a guard...he makes adjustments quickly off the dribble and gets a lot of layups and teardrop runners over much bigger interior defenders...
