Cuzs just means friends. My guy friends say this all the time. I had to ask them to. They thought i was crazy when i asked cause i thought it meant cousins. But yeah it means friends.

actually cuz is a shortcut for the word cousin. so it means that the cousin of your friend likes you. (this is what it means in our place though)
