The simplest is:

y = x^2

x = -4, y=16
x = -3, y=9
x = -2, y=4
x = -1, y=1
x = 0, y = 0
x = 1, y=1
x = 2, y=4
x = 3, y=9
x = 4, y=16

You can expand this out to include additional terms for x and a constant.

i.e. y = x^2
y = x^2 + x
y = x^2 + x + 1
