Well, it's always fun to visit the site fanfiction.net. They have all these people who post their writing, and there is a huge section on Harry Potter.

You should check out Fanfiction.net and search for pairings. You can find lots of things!

There are heaps of fan sites out there that are based on Harry Potter, there are heaps of Yahoo groups too.
Your best bet to find what is right for you is to either search for websites using yahoo search or search for groups through yahoo groups.
It all depends on what you are exactly looking for other then just the shipping of HP/HG, HP/GW, RW/HG.
Are you looking for places with like minded people to talk with? Are you looking to read fanfictions about the above ships? Are you looking to submit your own fanfiction on those ships? Are you looking for a Role Playing Group where members write as though they are the characters at Hogwarts?
It all depends on what you're looking for.

mugglenet.com AMAZING. i love this site and the people who work on it. they even have a podcast which discuses harry potter news, theories and more. it's quite entertaining and a great way to pass the time before the movies and books! the podcast is at mugglecast.com. there's also a link from mugglenet to the podcast. checkmated.com is a mainly Ron/Hermione site but it also has any other relationship you can think of. mugglenet.com has fanfiction and news on the movie, the actors, and the books. veritaserum.com is a fanfiction site that has no particular ship.

Fanfiction.net is great for all your favorite fics. Mugglenet.com is fun and you can get a realy cool counter for the movie. that comes out in july. there are millions of sites, just go to www.ask.com and type in harry potter and see wot comes up. Jkrowling.com is great to its her own site
