Celtic music and folk tunes. For example, I'm always moved by THE LONE ROWAN TREE by Willson and McKee (you can hear snippets for free at their website www.jigheads.com) and there's several songs by Fred Small that are just beautiful, some upbeat and energetic (Radioactive Frogs on Loose) and others inspiring (he has one about the Appaloosa horses that's awesome).
Enya, Clannad, any one of a variety of Celtic artists...
