We have a rather bad mold problem and live in a humid area of the country. Our windows are always covered in moisture unless the sun comes out and dries them off. We get mold in the corners of the ceiling adjancent to the outside. Would a dehumidifier help fix this? How much does one cost?

A good dehumidifier will help to a certain extent, as mold cannot grow in low humidity environments. However, I would have an experienced mold remediator take a look at your situation to be sure you don't have something more insidious than simple relative humidity.

Mold is caused by moisture and therefore a dehumidifier would take out the moisture and help prevent mold.
