when your little solider is "at ease" look down it its covered in skin your not, but if his "eye" is staring back at you then your definatly cut! Funny question!

many ways to answer, but try this, if you pull your skin forward or away from you, does the skin go past the tip of your penis and cover it up completely with even more skin to spare, if yes, then you're not. If when you are hard and the skin is tight around the head, then no, think, mushroom

Uncircumcised looks wrinkly at the end. Circumcised looks like a helmet at the end.

If you are circumsized the head of your penis is visible, if you have not there is extra skin on the end of your penis with the head of your penis inside the skin.

You would not have a flap of skin covering the glans (tip of your penis). The foreskin retracts in an uncircumsiced male.

Circumcision is the removal of the foreskin that cover's the penis glans. The foreskin is a the flap of skin that covers the glans when it is not erect.
So if your penis has no flap of skin covering the head of your penis when it is not erect you have been circumcised.
