ok she was going out with this guy but he got sent to a bad place well they broke up and i started talking to her alot she new that i liked her and the next day the guy came back and they went back out again i was pissed. well they broke up lke 2 days ago finnaly and i talked to her about it and she said she wasnt going to go out with anyone for a long time.
is she saying that so i wont ask her out or what?

well, what do you expect. She was obsviously in a relationship and she is angry and sad. This is a bad time to ask her out and you need to keep an eye on what happens next. She can still go back to him, you never know.
Give her space and plenty of time, no need to rush into asking her out. Win her over as a friend and then when the time is right, you will know it.
