the answer will differ depending on how you measure, since the earth is not perfectly round..

The circumference of the earth at the equator is 24,901.55 miles (40,075.16 kilometers).
But, if you measure the earth through the poles the circumference is a bit shorter - 24,859.82 miles (40,008 km). This the earth is a tad wider than it is tall, giving it a slight bulge at the equator. This shape is known as an ellipsoid or more properly, geoid (earth-like).

The Earth's equatorial radius, or semi-major axis, is the distance from its center to the equator and equals 6,378.135 km (≈3,963.189 mi; ≈3,443.917 nmi).

The Earth's polar radius, or semi-minor axis, is the distance from its center to the North and South Poles, and equals 6,356.750 km (≈3,949.901 mi; ≈3,432.370 nmi).

once you decide which measurement to use, just use a calculator to figure it out.

The circumference of a circle divided by its diameter is Pi. Since the radius is half the diameter, the number you are looking for is 2*Pi.

yo, Circumference = 2 x pi x radius

Therefore circumference/ radius = 2 pi = 2 x 3.14 = 6.28

The Earth's mean circumference is 40.041.47 km, and its mean radius is 6,372.797 km. Doing the division gets you:

40,041.47 / 6,372.797 = 6.28319

which is 2 times 3.14159, or 2 π
