At my age, the last thing I want to do is catch an unprepared glimpse of myself in the mirror. Even a prepared look is depressing.

Basically, I stay away from mirrors, shiny toasters, car chrome, or pictures with glass on them. Heck, I don't even go near the TV unless it's turned on, and is, therefore, safe to approach.

As a result, I have no real idea what I look like, and that makes it easier to kid myself.

There are two 60+ year old men at work that will stand in front of the mirror in the mens room and comb their hair for 10 to 15 minutes at a time, creepy as hell.

Only when I'm putting on make up or after I've get dressed to see if what I'm wearing looks ok.

only when i'm brushing my hair or doing makeup, and after i blow my nose, i will not blow unless i have a mirror.
