for me i like to see that everyone is feeling good about themselves family etc especially my little nephews. like to feel fresh and like to see all my mates and the g/f happy. what makes you so happy?

I know that when I feel unhappy it is because I focused on negative thoughts. So as soon as I observe that my mood is less happy than what I am getting used to, something must be wrong. So I then make the effort to remember myself and insert a good thought into my ole brain. Because of my background of making such efforts, I now only have to say to myself, ^All is Well^ and Bob`s your uncle, I immediately start feeling better and better. Wish I could have learned this when I was a child!

Me. I know it makes me sound arrogant and selfish but I take full responsibility for my happiness and it's a serious business. I don't rely on others to make me happy as I am my own knight in shining armour.
