I like morgans-
But I'm at a cross between my favorites...Paints or Freisians- to hard to decide
And this is just going out to Jinxed- Pixie and whomever else is going to sit here and call PALOMINO a breed-----
ITS not a breed- its a COLOR!!!!! there is an association dedicated to this color, also one for Buckskins- but no BREED orginization.
It's like me sitting here and saying my favorite horses are sorrels and Paints. God that's driving me nuts.

My personal favorite horse currently would be the Arabian. I rode an Egyptian Arabian mare for two years and I loved that horse. She was picky and temperamental with people but she would do anything for me--even the dreaded jumping! --The horse I ride currently is also an Arabian (well, pony\arab cross-arabian temperment, pony size:)
I like morgans too, they are beautiful horses, but unfortunately I don't know anything else about them, there aren't any near where I ride at. Sorry.

I like Morgans too. The ranch I worked at a couple of years ago favored Morgans for their temperament, longevity (the oldest horse was 32 and still ridable) and soundeness.
I also have a soft spot for arabs and arab crosses because my mare is an arab-andalusian cross.

Personally my favorite would have to be a cross between a quarter horse and a thourghbred. I have had 2 geldings in this cross and they have both been wonderful. They have a pretty laid back tempermant but are also very active. I do also have a love for arabians and have personally owned one arabian gelding which turned out to be kinda crazy but I still love the breed.

i currently have a t-bred/morgan and two quarters. the morgan cross is one of the best horses i have rode. i grew up on quarters, paints and tennesse walkers. i have ridden t-breds, morgans, arabs, all kinds of drafts, saddlebreds, t-walkers, quarters, paints, one mustang(that was one of my favorites to train). thats a hard question cause i have ridden so many other breeds as well but my lil morgan/t-bred is the best horse i have right now. i currently rope, barrel race and other speed events, team pen and cut and drag around the roping dummy on her.

Well I really like arabians, they are graceful and have that beautiful head and proud tail. I think that also Shire and Clysdale horses are absolutly MAGNIFICENT bcause they are huge and powerful and I really like all that feathering on their legs. The award for most interesting coat goes to the appaloosa but I have heard their temperments are not that great.

Quarter horses - they're faster off the line than any other horse I've seen, and I love barrel racing.
