Because his hair is always the same style,he never gets it cut or trimmed and he does'nt have any grey (and I think he is at least 60 years old), I'd say he's had "hair implants",where human hair is implanted into the hair folicles,where hair does not grow anymore. Special shampoos and conditioners are used to keep the hair from drying out,falling out,and fading with time.

LOL... Honestly, sometimes I do think it is a wig or a toupee. Because it doesn't look like an ordinary comb over.
