I know it's something to do with putting in the link or whatever but i need a clearer explanation. Help me i'm stuck!!

If using editor like Frontpage to design a web page go to page properties by right clicking the page and enable the background property and set your picture.

like this you have to specify your picture

If you want to put a background on your webpage use this html code:



juts change the URL and that's it you will see your picture on the back ground of your website.

Here are two different ways, I suggest the CSS way instead of the HTML way.

Before trying the CSS way, try to read up on CSS first before implementing it.
