You can use a software called network magic... It traces the "intruders" adn yet it allows you to a pritner on your wireless network. And it allows you to chare files via internet

go to your router's admin pages and there should be a page that shows current connections. It won't really show "who" is using it, but if someone else is connected to it, it'll show that.
