It's not worth the drama of seeing this guy, moms seem to know stuff like this cuz they were once young and this type was someone she knew... If you do end up talking to him it's cool but don't start being the crazy girl cuz the world is big and life is still young and needs to be explored!

tell your mom that you like him and ask her why she don't like him, maybe she knows something about him or has a bad feeling about him.
