they are both the same i have used both and i was treated equally its the drs oath to treat each patient the same and actually welfare paid for more than regular insurance i had a early delivery and they life flighted me and welfare paid for the whole thing to where regular insurance wouldent

They are all the same. I have really good insurance and had a GREAT obstetrician. My friend was on the welfare medical card and had the exact same doc.......apparently she does work at the hospital clinic too!

They are one and the same. Most private insurances accepting doctors also accept medicaid because of the kickbacks.

In my state, they're the same doctors. I don't know about where you live, but in my area the OBGYN's handle whatever cases come to their office, regardless of the insurance. They're still getting paid, right?
