i got a wii today and the controller does not work, I tried to sync it with the little button, nothing, everything is connected, and wii truns on and tells me to press A, I press A on my nunchock controller and nothing happens, my controller is on, and have new batterys, what am i doing wrong?

I agree, take it back to the store
the sensor most likely is out of place
also the PS3 costs quite a bit more than wii
and it will break down within the first 2 years of use
it has more power then can be handled
just for the person who said go PS3
stick with Wii

Try the Nintendo website. If that doesn't work, you might have to take it back.
