Does anyone know what this song means?? I have always loved it, but I have no idea what it's about....I have read the lyrics, but it's still no help. (I feel kind of stupid likeing a song and not knowing what it's about. lol) so please help me :)

The video makes the lyrics make sense. The guy had a wife/gf that he cheated on, she found out and left him. Now he will never love anyone else the way he loved her (never gonna dance again, the way I danced with you.)

He cheated on his one true love and lost her. He is telling her that she was not only his love but his friend as well, and that he will never feel the way he feels about her with any one else. It is a beautiful song.And in spite of his sexual preferences I think he is sexy as hell.

I think it has to do with someone having had an affair, and letting it slip to their significant other in some way(the one they were cheating on, not the one they were cheating with).
