What is wrong with anna nicole smither mother.. HEr mother filed an emergency request Friday to block her burial in the Bahamas, Come on her body is get what you call bad.... Can she just let Anna NIcole rest in peace next to her son... and why does her mother wanted her to buried in Tx.. when Anna Move out of there long time ago.. IT doesn't matter if she was born there.. but she wanted to be buried next to her son.... I think Anna should be buried next to her son as what Anna nicole smith would wanted... after she past...
Can Anna Nicole Mother think of what her Anna really wanted after she past..(i guess Anna mother doesn't really know what her daughter wanted) And just think of the last time Anna talk to her mother.. I think Anna mother doesn't know her daughter at all...
... It like Stupid fight over who has the body.. come on she Past away... and HEr mother should let it go and let her be buried next to her son as she wish...

Well, remember that the reason Anna Nicole went to the Bahama's was because she was pregnant and using drugs. She was afraid that if she came to the U.S. to bury him she would have to submit DNA test to establish the paternity. The Bahamian judge will have to order the test.
She was not legally a resident. Bahamian immigration minister, Shane Gibson -- the same guy who approved her application for permanent residency has since resigned.
If she had not been trying to cover-up her drug use to begin with, Daniel would never had gone to the Bahama's.
I hope ever how it turns out that Daniel and Anna Nicole will soon be resting in peace.

I really do think she would rather be buried next to her son in the Bahamas. I hate this whole mess. She never really liked her mother anyway or Texas for that matter.

I couldn't agree more! Her mother is nothing but a selfish bicht! How can she even begin to think that Anna would want to be buried on some farm in a place that she absolutely hated, and not next to her son? Even after death her mother has to torture her! Will she ever let her rest in peace? The poor girl went through he!l in life and she still can't find peace even after death! I think that just about everyone who knows about this believes that she should be buried next to her son. You know what, fame is what her mother wanted and that's just what she's gonna get. She will forever be known as the most heartless mother in America!

Because legally she is her next of kin, and if I were in her shoes I would appeal the ruling made by Judge Larry Seidlin, a wan-ta-be People's Court Judge. Notice how long he long it took him to make a choice! She can't be all that bad a person, she is a retired deputy sheriff. At least she worked unlike Howard K Stern!

Her mom should let Vicki Lynn Marshall aka Anna Nicole smith be laid to rest next to her son as she wanted. Last yr., I laid some1 to rest that meant alot to me (obv. I loved her), she had 5 kids etc.. big family. Every1 will NOT get want he/she wants. Here's the reality of it.."it" being the finality of life, it's not important what any1 else wants. She is the 1 who fell asleep in death. It's what you want..the person that passed.
Now we can all see the reason for the estranged relationship. (@ least in part) Her mom needs to let her go be laid to rest w/ her son. A mom.

She's after the money. But even she admitted to the judge that Anna Nicole didn't want to be buried in Texas she wanted to be buried in Hollywood near Marilyn Monroe.
She was so upset because she didn't want the body to decompose any more but now she's waisting more time with this foolishness!!!

I did not like Anna, however everyone's last wishes for burial should be respected. She bought the plots next to Daniel, so she should be buried there bec that is clearly what she wanted. Vergie is a selfish *****.

i agree with you--anna bought burial plots where she wanted to be laid to rest--next to her son! is it possible that all these lawyers etc see $ and all want a piece of the pie?!. I dont know all the legal ins and outs but--she bought the plots--she claimed stern as the father--put his name on the birth certificate--they were going to get married legally this past week--everyone was attacking her before she died (which might have been part of her dismise)--now they are attacking stern-what is wrong with everyone
