I have hear of the beer belly, you strap it over your belly, and fill it with beer, it looks natural on the outside, it has a hose from it.
You could probably fill it up with liquor. It is like a camel back pack hydration system.

Sounds great to me...When I was in the service, I always went to the "medics" tent to get syringes, fill them with vodka and inject oranges.....After letting them soak for a couple days and eating them, I always had trouble keeping in step while marching !!!!
