this involves my previous question with the names. the reason i asked that question is because i can't stand my name. Way too many people have it. i love names that are unique and beautiful. That are different and seem to make a statement. A name that can say a thousand things in just a couple of letters. I would have loved to have any of the other names in my other question. One of my previous goals besides publishing the book im writing is to create the perfect name that goes with all the things i just said. Can anyone even remotely relate to me, or am i just that weird (not that im complaining)??? does anybody have any good names???

Being unique with a first name may sometimes cause you problems when you have to correct people spelling or saying your name all the time. Also remember that other people will tease you with an extremely unique name or one that means something "they" consider funny. Have fun with your middle name, it maybe the perfect spot for that unique name you're thinking of!

Try using some name you don't hear too often like: Beverly, Charlene, Celeste, Sheri, Shantel, Leeanne, Melanie, or Merissa. All modern but not heard of too often names.

You don't want to make a name too difficult to pronounce but there are a lot of names that are different but not weird
My favourite for a girl is Remy or Laine
I love the name I chose for my daughter but it is way too popular now and I regret not thinking of something a little different

There are many beautiful, unique names out there...but there are also many strange names. If you are not happy with your own name and want to give your child an unusual name, think about giving your child a name they want to live up to, not live down.

Some Suggestions:
- Christabel
- Ryelin
- Anastacia
- Karine
- Maren
- Evie

- Marcus
- Xavier
- Christian
- Harrison
- Ethan

Bliss has great connotations around it. Or Joy. Or Breeze. Or Berry. Or Cherry. Apple. Summer. Rainbow. Rain is nice too. Skye is lovely! Calla or Lily. Bliss would be my favorite!

Girl's name:
Saoirse

Pronounced seer-sha
It's Gaelic, Irish to be exact. I think it has a lovely soft flowing sound to it, when pronounced properly. It means 'freedom'. To me, that says exactly as described in the question.

Also, Sorsha, pronounced sore-sha, which is a derivation of Saoirse.
