I stumped, when i try to put the belt in, it gets all lumpy and messed up.

i dont know how to put in the belt with the inside teeth. (there are 2 teeths, one on outside with logo and one small one on inside) thats the one i dont get,

Pull the metal tab on the buckle out to loosen it (you should see teeth inside the buckle). Tighten the belt to the tightness you want, and then press the buckle back down so that the teeth grasp the belt fabric a little. If there's a lot of belt fabric hanging from the buckle, you may want to tuck it in at your waist.

pull up the lever on the belt and stick the other side in then when u have it where u wnt it put the lever back down
