First of all, I'm a doctor and I've never heard of a formal name for this, I think, because this isn't really considered a " deformity".
Actually everybody's body is slightly "off", meaning that no two eyes, fingers or even nipples are exactly the same. If you drew a line down the middle of your body and mirrored it exactly, we'd all look a lot different. Nobody has exactly matching sides.
But, if you are that embarassed about this, and believe me, everybody has something they don't like, see a good qualified plastic surgeon in your area. Many cosmetic practioners who deal with breast augmentation or mastectomy/ gynocomastia issues have lots of experience in nipple reconstruction. Nipples can easily be fixed/or treated in a simple procedure.

Most people do not have completely symmetrical breasts or nipples. I'm sure this can be corrected with surgery, but really I think that acceptance may be the best option. I looked at your pictures and I don't think the difference is as great as you think it is. We all have things about ourselves that is different or we might like to change, but in the grand scheme of things, we are all made to be a bit different. If any potential girlfriends would consider being intimate and yet not be able to look past a physical difference, would you really want her anyway?

Oh, brother, please think about what you are saying. You are feeling bad about that, that is nothing. How funny would you feel if you had two nipples on one side, or one had a big hair growing out of it, or one was red and one was white. Be proud of yourself, and don't hide yourself, you are what you are and god doesn't make imperfection, imperfection is only felt in your mind, your body is working fine. Imagine how you would feel if you changed your thought process, if you said this is cool I have two sized nipples, look how cool, bet you don't have this. I'm special because I have it. It is very normal to have this, nipples are like fingers, noses and whatever they are all different...like my upper lip the left side is bigger than the right, and so i always look a little like im smilling crooked, I say the hell with them if they don't like it and i don't care what they think. It matters what I think
As for a fix, there is no fix, because nothing is wrong with it. You can make it look more like Paris Hiltons perfect body if you have plastic surgery, but what for....what ever you change surgically, you will have complications with later, like numbness of the nipple, or sagging later, just leave it alone and grow to like it silly.
Stop thinking about it, think about something important like did you hug your kids/parents/ friend today. sorry if i sound harsh, but you wanted the truth right.

I imagine you could talk to a plastic surgeon about it... but to be honest the big one looks like a woman's nipple not a man's. Maybe you have some sort of hormonal imbalance.. although why it would make one that much bigger than the other I don't know.

Just like a pimple in the middle of the forehead is always bigger and more noticeable than it truly is, so are your nipples. I wouldn't worry about them too much. If your a teen you may grow into them. Looking at the picture, its hardly noticeable unless you stare and compare, and if someone does stare at you, throw your chest out at them! As they say, don't sweat the small stuff dude!!!

I don't think it's anywhere near as bad as you think it is so don't get too stressed. Loads of women have one boob slightly bigger than the other...no-one's body is totally symmetrical. As for taking the next step with girls, if she likes you and she is worth having she really won't care about this.
But finally, if it really is getting you down, then however embarrassing it is, speak to your doctor and just get checked out to see if there is any reason behind it, tell them how it's affecting you and get an honest medical opinion.

This is really a very minor blemish. You are over reacting an I am sure no one else notices it. If it continues to bother you then consult your GP to discuss the possibility of a private plastic surgery procedure.(The NHS would not cover this.)

That's a medical problem that you should see a good doctor for.
An imbalance like that is probably a defect or a result of injury and
you should have it checked out for physical and mental peace of mind. Good Luck

I was going to say something really obnoxious but i'll refrain. You are really worrying about nothing. I didn't see anything wrong in the pictures. I know you're a teenager and teens thrive on drama but really, forget it, its nothing.
