First, make sure that he is an avalible guy and wants to have a girlfriend. Then give him a secret admirer valentine. If that doesn't work, talk to him in a flirty way... whatever you DON'T kiss him and run away that is the dumbest thing to do!!!

You don't "get " a guy to like you. Don't bargain and sell yourself short to get people to like you in the first place! Be yourself, and if he's decent enough, he'll like you. Besides, at this age, your peers are fickle. Take a lot of their criticism with a grain of salt. THey really aren't in touch with themselves enough yet to form very useful opinions. Not to say that they don't have any worth to them, but right now, your peers are just as confused and inexperienced as you are. So relax a little.
