I think some people are, where others if healthy and blest with good genetic propensities neither look nor act their age, like my self-appointed Godparents who in their 70's.
Both still work, he in his own business, she teaching part time.

I think in a lot of people, it's both, or at least it is to me! Man, I feel old age racing down on me as I sit here writing this! lol
