Post offer Medical Exam?

I have post offer medical exam. What does it exactly mean, is it same as going to your physical test at doctor.

It means the potential employer wants to make sure you're healthy enough to do the work required. In all likelihood, the exam will also include a drug test. If you're clean, you'll probably pass.

It means you'll need to get a medical exam (and probably drug testing) before starting work with this company.
