Is there any university programs which comprise chemistry, physics and also mathematics?

Yes, on a broad level, this is engineering, but there are many different kinds of engineering. You can do Chemical, Electrical, Civil and many other kinds of more in depth programs at universites. Do a little research online and I'm sure you can find something you might be interested in.

First answer is correct, the type pf degree wont help you whatsoever. Did you know that the military doesn't take psychology degrees except for clinical psychology? And even then they want you to have a masters or PhD? So there you go, its all about what the NAVY wants. Call an officer recruiter and ask him what degrees are in demand. No one cares if you are mathematician, its all about what is in demand at that time. And if you really wanted to be a SEAL then you would go enlisted, I dont know anyone who had dreams of being a SEAL officer besides you.
