i have the Dual TV Tuner but i dont know how to use it i bough it online and i am not shure if i need something else (got it in dell.com)

hook up your cable or TV antenna to the tuner, install the software that came with the tuner and you should be able to use the software program that came with the tuner to watch TV

if you bought it from dell, then all the software has already been installed. all you have to do is hook your cable wire to the turner , and find out which program runs the tuner. if your not sure, go to start, select all programs and look in there and see if you can find anything pertaining to tv tuner and select that and follow directions on how to watch tv.

First off you need cable tv to where your computer is. If there is one make sure it works. If it does then you have to have the right drivers and the software for it. If you still cant figure it out then call the company that you have warranty from.

Check out the box - it should have a little booklet inside. Read it, and it will explain what to do. You should have a CD too.

if you bought it from dell, call dell and have one of their techs walk you thru it. if you bought it with your system, and are still under warrenty, they will help
