Hope for a better day.
Hope for a better job, car, or standard of living.
Hope for a better life, or a better life after this life.

Is justing having hope one of the best things around? If not, how does it factor in this life? How does it motivate?

In my opinion, hope is absolutely NOT one of the best things there is. It really depends on the situation:

While many hopes are definitely positive, there are also many hopes that have a very dark side. I have seen many people waste months and years of life hoping to get back with old loves, or hoping that other people would change their harmful or hurtful behavior. Their hope not only bound them to harmful relationships, but also helped other people continue their hurtful behaviors. Some hopes should be let go. Holding on to some hopes could literally kill you.

I have also seen many people hope for months and years that their jobs, relationships, or lives could be different, and yet taking little or no action to change them. This kind of hope lacks the knowledge or courage to reassess themselves, and to make changes. This hope places the burden of responsibility for change outside in the world, rather than within themselves.

It is my belief that we need to possess love & truth foremost: love of ourselves and others, and love of truth so that we can learn to discover, interpret, confront, and accept the reality of a situation. Then second, we need to value wisdom, in order to help us distinguish which hopes we should cherish, and which we should let go of.

In my opinion, love, truth, & wisdom all come before hope.

Is Hope the best thing there is?
Everyday we are living in hope. Unknowingly we are, in our subconscious been relying on hope to keep us going. We may not say it or gesturing the want of it. Nevertheless, we are closer in revealing the indispensable of hope as a form of guidance and inspiration, in dispensing the predicament that often a part of our living. Nothing out of the ordinary, we look toward congregation and spiritual enlightenment to resolve the many of our shortcomings. It is obvious; we are looking for solace or confidence to face-off the harshness of life.

“Hope” on the basis that we are going with moderation and not surely, or truly obsessed in accepting “hope” as ultimate, and beyond which there is nothing to help us anymore, other than “hope” and “hope’ and nothing else. Having reach that stage is very incriminating, that hope does nothing but spiral in false expectation. The falsehood that went astray and got lost in a doldrums of complacency, laziness, and superstition. Frankly, I would not like to be in that shoe. I prefer to work hard, and at times accept reality in whatever as dictated by natural law.

Hope is one of natures emergency survival systems. The best thing you could do now is review your value system for errors and other possible unburdening and reassessment for your present assets. What philosophy is your understanding based on now, are you getting the most out of your nature, or are you sickened such that your anxieties rule your spirit. Anxiety and deception are the most sickening dangers in the market place and politics. Check your head.

Love is better than Hope and Hope without Faith is nothing. Love makes Hope possible and Faith makes Hope real. Faith is active in the present, it does, acts, moves, achieves, and in doing so, Faith makes Hope a reality...., but Love is the key.
