Depends on the book and the show. If it's a new episode of 'House', '24' or 'Cold Case', I'll save the book for later. (But I often read while I'm watching TV.)

I love both because when I am reading books, my imagination starts coming up with the scenes.....and tv is for entertainment......I would choose Tv.....
