Honesty...It depends on what type you use...Look at the directions and it will tell you!!!...I use Playtex SPORT and I love it!!!

I never sleep in them...But my cousin does and she doesn't seem to mined...Plus...What wrong with wearing a pad at night time...I wearing reg panties at night and my thongs w/tampon during the day because I'm a active person...

I advise you don't wear them during sleep because it can also give you a blood clout when you over sleep...Or get toxic in your system or so many other things if you go over the hr limit per tampon...good luck!!!

You shouldn't wear them longer than six hours because you would be at risk for TSS.

I'd recommend sleeping with a pad on instead.

Read the warnings on the tampon box and on the pamphlet that came with it.

Well you are spouse to change tampons every 8 hours...If you sleep more then 8 hours then don't or set a alarm.....If you want more info then go to BeingGirl.com

Every 3-4 hours, and yes you can sleep in them.

i sleep with them but also it depends on the day if its the second day i change every 2 hrs or so but other days more like 6

you can use them for about 4-6 hours. you can sleep in them but for no longer than 8 hours

it depends on your "flow cycle". i usually don't sleep IN tampons...they are usually on the inside.... :)
