false negative (blood) pregnancy test?

Is it possible to have a false negative pregnancy blood test if you're tested very shortly after conception?

Blood tests are accurate two weeks after conception. If you just got pregnant three days before the test, it could be a false negative.

Only if it's before implantaion. Chances are the blood test is accurate.
