Because they give us discipline..Without deadlines there would have been no cities, no bridges, no churches.The importance of deadlines lies in the fact that it helps man take and accept responsability

Because Time has an effect and cause on society. In modern times , Time is of the essence. This was written in Historical times. Time waits for no man.
