i just install a video card which is ATI 1600 512 mb any time i turn on the computer before window com up screen flashes and then its going to be ok and any time i click on ATI icon it happen....why is like this i think it doing that when i edti a video too...but very little....i have to tell you thats a second video card i have tried but it doing a same thing....please help me

Set your refresh rate as high as possilbe:

Right-click the desktop > properties > settings (tab) > advanced > Monitor (tab) > (Choose the highest number available under 'Refresh Rate')

That should do the trick...if not just check for newer drivers at www.ati.com

This is a PCI express card so I think the card should be OK if you have tried two.

Turn your attention to the system board. If you are over-clocking it slow it down while you solve this problem.

Back in the day we had to run the BIOS at boot up to turn off embedded video card. With Express this should not be a problem.

It looks like the system board. What you need to see if there are any updates to that BIOS. Check the vendor website for updates. There you can get new drivers and a utility to update the system BIOS. Good luck.
