Only if the party of the first part plans on having a party with the second part during which there is a time when the party of the second part plans on having a private party with a non mentioned party that might take part in the part about which the party of the first part would not partake in due to the party of the second part not being honest in partaking her part in the party's party.

That would depend on why you got divorced in the first place, talk to her about why you got the divorce and make an agreement on how to make things work, so it does not happen again and you wont be wasting your time.

If you think there's a chance that things won't work out the second time, then yes. If you're blinded by love and want to throw basic common sense out the window, then no.

I personally have known 4 couples that have remarried their ex's. Sadly, only one of these couples is still together.

So, I would say a resounding yes! If you guys stay together, god willing, then it won't be needed and it is a moot point. If worse comes to worse, you or her will be protected.

I don't understand why would you need a pre-nup just to date? Not unless your getting married again. Do u have a lot of valuable property or money ?If u do and if you're getting married again then maybe u might want to.
