The only one responsible for her death is her, with the life she led, drinking and drugging, she was destined for an early death.
I'm just sick and tired of seeing it.

If he didn't have everything to do with it (and her son's death), then he is one smart sob to have put himself in the position of total power to control everything to do with the baby and her estate. Obviously, whoever the father is will get the baby, and along with her, comes the estate, plus the still unsettled fortune from ANS's marriage to the millionaire.
In light of the fact that he won't give a simple spit sample to determine paternity, nor will he allow any DNA testing to prove paternity for anyone else, tells me that he's totally in it for the money, not the kid.
Which leads me back to why did he isolate her and her legal documents in the Bahamas, away from any authority of the US, but her and her son died in the US (from similar and eerie circumstances), and as a result of the total chaos he created, he is now blocking any and all attempts to prove anything but what benefits him.
We just need to pray for the kid!!
Whether he is ever proven to have something to do with it or not, I'll always believe that he set this whole thing up so that he could get the money.

I think she has always been addicted to drugs and pills. I do think Howard Stern knew this and encouraged her to use drugs knowing she would overdose and die. He probably made the drugs readily available to her. He was a smart man and did all this away from suspicion's eye. I think he is guilty of murder and should not get away with it.

My theory: he had everything to do with not only Anna's death, but that of her son as well. Anna suspected; which is why he was never added to her will. She found out some evidence, and he proceeded to kill her. The similarity in death between Anna and her son are too close to dismiss. But that's my theory - not claiming as fact.

Certainly, and her sons. First he goes, "drugs". Then suddenly her. All this after he gets her to the Bahamas where whoever signs on the dotted line to be the father, to them is. No paternity test. Why won't he take one here? If he's so sure he's dad. Just proove it. Funny he was around for both deaths. It's all about the money.

he was clumsily doing a Svengali number in that situation. he did kill the son and made it look like an OD. he didn't mean to kill ana because he had succeeded at getting total control with drugs. but she died. now he is shaking in his boots. he will get away with it and may even profit. he is ratstern the man who loves one thing -- the gold.

No but I do think as the judge put it "was an enabler". He may not have pulled the trigger but he never stopped her from buying the loaded gun

No!. I think she was "heartbroken" over her son's death and over medicated herself to "forget".
When someone is determined to take drugs "no one can intervene", they have to do it on their own.
Howard actually seems genuinely saddened by her death.
She just was just basically "losing her mind" after years and years of taking drugs.
Wouldn't you be depressed if you had a child who, suddenly dropped dead in front of your face.
