It's most likely a fluvoxamine 50mg tablet (Luvox).

FLUVOXAMINE (Luvox(R)) helps people with an obsessive-compulsive disorder. It relieves the anxiety and unpleasant thoughts that make a person repeat everyday tasks (like hand-washing). don't worry. it is just a cheap laxative manufactured in new jersey and shipped worldwide. they are everywhere. they are sold under a lot of different labels.
