when i click on the y! messenger icon nothing happens. this is the first time ive ever encountered the problem. is there any way to fix this problem without rebooting? i cant reboot because i dont know the password to log onto the computer. will it fix itself after awhile? what can i do to fix the messenger?

maybe the program is messed up and there is no need to reboot ur whole system because thats just too much. okay there are 2 options, u can either do system restore before this problem happened or...compeltly uninstall yahoo messsenger and download it again. and see what happens. system restore should work really good since u are setting it back to another date. anyway it should work

download it again--it will say you already have it but just hit yes to continue--I have had to do that 3 times in the last month-Just put it in Search Yahoo Messenger and go to the free download.
