The numbers of men who suffer from ED is massive. It naturally increases with age, but there is a definite general increase. In addition men are now less worried about coming forward with their problem, partly because attitudes have changed and partly because they know there are excellent treatment options.
Numbers are probably increasing for a number of reasons. Firstly there is more oestrogenic material in the environment, even in tap water! Also a number of conditions that may present with ED are also on the increase, including diabetes and iscaemic heart disease.

Diabeties
Vit B-12 aka pernicious anemia
Some broncial drugs like albuterol and Floridil
Interesting that Floidil and Viagra are made by the same co If you use floradil, viagra doesnt work ( Their PAC money at work)
Smoking can also affect men.

There are a number of reasons, but most of them are medical. Women can also have sexual dysfunctions, and for the same types of reasons.

My husband had found out that he was diabetic 4yrs. ago along with heart probs. He takes a lot of maintenance meds. Maybe some of the other guys are taking meds that are affecting/causing this symptom.

there are many reasons some are biological like diabetes, old age, bad blood flow, other times its physiological reasons like bad nerves, stress, fatigue, or something is bothering him.

Men have ED when they cannot make their penis erect. THis is a problem for those sexually active.
