Since Christmas, I sometimes get this warm feeling in my foot or leg. It's not HOT, just warm. It stays for a few seconds, then goes away. I'm not overweight and i don't eat a lot of junk food. I got new shoes a little while before then (nike shox) Anybody know what this could be? Oh, and my leg is NOT warm to the touch

Yeah, this happens sometimes and it typically goes away after a few weeks. However, if it becomes so bad that you have trouble walking, standing up for a long time, or driving, go see a neurologist. Sounds like a tweaked nerve and could actually be associated with lower back or spine. I get it on the top of my foot - feels hot, but the skin is normal to the touch. My doc told me it was a nerve that had become inflamed and not to worry. It comes and goes...but, mostly goes.

it sounds to me as if there is nerve impairment in the leg, not to worry, it may be something to do with your shoes, they may to tight in the fitting or you have just laced them to tight, casing a nerve to be bruised, that is why you are getting that hot feeling in your keg. if it doesn't resolve its self pleas go to your Doctor.
