I am thinking of getting a headset to use on xbox live on my 360, but havent read very many good things about them.
Can anyone recommend a headset to use?

Also does the old GameCom Halo2 headset work on the 360? If so, how?

I bought the core version so didnt get a headset with it ( it only comes with the full price console ).

Any compatible headset will work with the 360, just pick the one you like the best. They all work and sound fine with 360 games or original xbox games like Halo 2.

Didn't your Xbox 360 come with a headset? Mine did. However, I do know there is one at Best Buy that you can purchase for like 50 bucks.

you can only use 2 headsets on the 360, both ar microsoft products. Wired headset and wireless. you use it to talk to people ure playin with and can hostprivate chats and send voice messages.
