In a left handed sense, French Queen Marie Antoinette's major accomplishment was to be the scapegoat who triggered the bloody French Revolution. I say "scapegoat" because she was innocent of many of the things of which she was accused; i.e., "Let them eat cake" was probably said by the wife of King Louis XIV nearly 100 years before Marie Antoinette was born!

Her other major accomplishment was to die with the grace and dignity of a daughter of Austrian Empress Maria Theresa.

Politically her major accomplishment would be physically establishing the alliance between Austria and France. She was the daughter of the Austrian Empress and she married the future King Louis XVI of France. She was the living symbol of these countries unity.
Also having children was a great accomplishment for a queen as it ensured the continuity of the royal line.

Marie Antoinette achieved greatness during the final years of her life thanks to her extraordinary courage. She was a fiercely loving mother and wife. The amount of courage she displayed during her doomed spot as the hated queen, her imprisonment, and her attemps to rescue the crown in dangerous ways. To some, she is seen as a martyr who willingly accepted her fate to save her children (who were threatened to be killed if she did not give herself up). Also, she never said "let them eat cake" that is a fallacy. Later in her life, she was also very charitable and refused to buy any more jewels, these things, however, didn't save her from her fate.
