Point out the times when you needed a Cell Phone. For example if your parent was late picking you up, and you needed to call them, or something like that. Or, just show them your responsible, say you would pay for it with your own money. Another way is to keep talking about it for a really long time, and keep bugging your parents till you get one, lol, thats what i did!! :) Hope I helped! And hope you get your phone!!

Maybe your parents are going to supprise you on your birthday, I am 13, and got my phone when I was 11 for my birthday. I picked a plan out ans showed them how they could save if they put me on their family share plan and picked a phone. They then dicited that if I could figure out all of those costs ane everything, then I was responsable enough to have a phone. I have a Motorola E815 from Verizon. It is getting old though and I am thinking about a Motorola Q or The enV from LG.

Tell them if you lose it, its your fault. Ask very nicely and say it would help alot when your with your friends. Or you can ask them for a few reasons why they wont let you. GOOD LUCK and i hope what i said works. it is how i got my cell phone.

Stay out really late then call them collect from a payphone. Tell them it wouldn't have happened if you had a cell phone. Explain there are like no payphones around anymore because everyone has a cell.

Oh gosh...I'm passing through the same stage...just mention it so much that they get bored of hearing it...like today I'm maybe going to the club..but maybe I need you to pick me up!! but how do I call you if I don't have a cellphone! do this everytime like oh not again I really need a cellphone to tell you where I'm going today and etc..

i depends because in society now a days i would give my 13 year old one but with restrictions u know what have ur parents check out disneymobile.com thats who i'm with and they are great with keeping the child safe and protected and they have family plans..

Well all you have to do is tell them how many of your friends have a cell phone and tell them its a great time for you to have one that is what i did it worked for me.!!!!!!!!!!!
