Get a second opinion, if the warning light is faulty that should be covered by the warranty, the warning light is there just to avoid this kind of thing, so get another opinion to check that the light works or if it is faulty, the AA can check this for you if you are a member, or another garage.

first, if you are filling anything in your car up once a month, there is a leak. I am assuming what the dealer is saying is that the leak has been there a while and you let it go to the point where it caused a failure, hence them using neglect as a reason, which is bs! Your waterpump is a VERY important part. It can cause an engine to sieze from it failing and not cooling the engine. If it is a ford warranty, take it in and demand to talk to the dealership owner. Do not settle for a shop manager. You request that he honor the warranty as he promised when you bought the car or you will report him to the state attorney general. If that does not scare him into action, actually call the attorney general. They handle this sort of crap all the time and will be able to help you. Their number should be available in your phone book. They definitely should fix your car! Good Luck!

You should not have had to add anything to the coolant system on a weekly basis. If you told the dealer that story, then you actually gave them an excuse to deny your claim for not bringing the car in for service earlier. Try taking the car somewhere else and tell them........ it overheated, you pulled over, and had the vehicle towed for repair.....End of Story! If you are still in warranty it should be covered unless the dealer you already visited entered the info you already gave them into dealer wide computer database. If thats the case.....sorry but this will not be a cheap fix.

Never Ever Drive a car making the noises you described or with a blown hose or with oil light or temp light on. Driving while any of these things happen will only make it worse......way worse.

You need to get a second opinion from another garage to prove there was a fault in the coolant system which im sure is covered in the warrenty.

i think of Robby's very possibly your best option. i've got mentioned it earlier and that i will assert it back. DEI has found out the thank you to get great potential from the R07. they only have not found out the thank you to get it to stay mutually. it would look very life like to me that in case you have been going to attempt something experimental it would be with Jr and not the driving force you have in the chase. with a bit of luck they learn all they might now and would supply their drivers with high quality engines next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days which will make superb potential and stay mutually. If it performs out like i think of it is going to, DEI would be better in the long-term for doing what they have been, and Jr would be extra acceptable off whilst he gets to a clean team.

I suggest you find a good mechanic. There are a number of reasons a water pump would go out.

As above. Your coolant system should never lose water. As soon as you noticed, you should have had it checked. If they fitted the part then you may have some chance, just plead ignorance...!
