go to your menu on your phone, then go to messages, then create message..then you type what you need to , then select the sender, then send..really easy.
or if you get confused
go to a wirerless store and ask for help!

Its pretty simple.
First, go to your menu, and go to Messaging or something like that. It should say a couple things, but click on CREAT MESSAGE. Then you're there.
The letter part is easy.
First, click on the number that has the letter. Say it was B you would click 2 Twice, and you have the letter B.
