i have to write a proposal for solving a problem in school or the community, i just want a variety of ideas to choose from =] thanks

Pick up your school newspaper and look at the topics in it. At least one will be a current problem happening at the school that you could write a proposed solution for. And since it's a real problem at your school, it would be timely.

Some ideas:
- Should the campus be closed at lunch because of problems in the local area
- "smoking in the boys room"
- Should homes in the Urban Growth boundary of your city be allowed to vote in city elections
- Where should the next teen center be located
- What can be done to provide jobs for teens so they can get some work experience
- If soft drinks and junk food are removed from school vending machines, how can extra curricular activites earn extra income
